I'd like to explain it someday, but tremendously complicated matters hard to explain in simple way. Naive people who firmly believet that Japan was evil by virtue of WW2 may never understand it anyway, despite how sincerely explained.
We never know when the U.S. will turn its hand and return to a honeymoon relationship with the Chinese Communist Party like THAT decades and the Obama administration era. The US and China are weathercocks brown by money. We should cautiously deal with them with a half-hearted attitude.
